Churchill Whale Watching
The best of Churchill combined with their fly-in eco-lodge where guests see
summer polar bears, beluga whales and other arctic wildlife on the ground,
up close and personal and in their own natural habitat. Wildly remote and
exclusively fulfilling, this wilderness lodge sets the scene for packages
that stand apart from the rest of what Churchill has to offer. They combine
the highlights of Churchill with their lodge where guests get in touch,
literally, with the rugged sub-arctic wilderness. Add to this luxury
lodging, gourmet meals and professional service and guests will not believe
that they've been dropped in a remote location in the rugged Canadian
north....until they look outside.
Arctic Safari is a wildlife encounter second to none, with endless photo opportunities and experiences. On this expedition adventurers will be exploring vast areas of Canada's last remaining wilderness, from the Arctic "Serengeti", the great tundra plains known as The Barren Lands, through "The Land of Little Sticks" and finally down to the rugged Hudson Bay coastline, home of the Great White Bears. This nine-day, eight-night tour includes meals and accommodation.
The CNSC is an independent, non-profit research station located along the coast of Hudson Bay. It offers five-day ecological learning vacations ranging from beluga whales to polar bears and northern lights to wildflowers. Proceeds support northern research.
Experience the magic of self propelled adventure! Kayak Churchill offers daily guided small group whale watching tours in the Churchill River. No kayaking experience is necessary and all equipment is provided. See web site for more information and photos/tour footage.
